Leicester String Quartet is based locally in Leicester and is the finest string quartet in Leicestershire. Our Quartet performs for Events & Weddings throughout Leicester, Peterborough, Coventry, Loughborough, Northampton, Nottingham Melton Mowbray and the whole of Leicestershire.
From Adele to Ed Sheeran and Rossini to Rodrigo, we have over 3700 pieces of music making ours the biggest music collection in Leicestershire with the largest variety. Being passionate with great energy for performance, Leicester String Quartet are classically trained & skilled players with many years combined performance experience throughout the UK and overseas. Our players have performed in numerous musical settings in venues which include De Montford Hall, Leicester Town Hall and Peterborough Town Hall. In addition to being classically trained musicians, we perform many kinds of music through our quartet, including jazz, tango, popular and folk.
